Beatrice Kopilenko
Beatrice Kopilenko is a Realtor® and Broker with Primavera Realty, helping buyers and sellers across San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and the North Bay, and Oakland and the East Bay.
A native San Franciscan, Beatrice grew up surrounded by the business — working in and around real estate since she was twelve and going full-time in 2013 — so she knows this market block by block, from the Sunset and Noe Valley to Pacific Heights and beyond.
Over more than a decade, she's guided clients through every kind of transaction: first-time home buyers, luxury homes, investment and income property, 1031 exchanges, probate and trust sales, and relocations to and from the Bay Area. Her background in marketing, advertising, construction, and project management gives clients a real edge — whether that's staging and marketing a listing to sell for top dollar, or catching a problem at inspection before it becomes a buyer's headache.

Vera Kopilenko
Vera is no stranger to hard work and getting results. After immigrating to the United States in 1978 with very little English and two children, Vera worked two full-time jobs for 30 years and has been a top, award-winning agent since 1989. Vera’s extensive experience allows her to maneuver through the real estate industry with skill. She brings a high level of creative energy and organization to her work, delivering impeccable, reliable service to her clients.
Before selling real estate, Vera received a master’s degree in Engineering, and spent many years working as an estimator and project manager for construction companies. She was drawn to the real estate industry by her love of architecture and helping people.
Vera believes that client satisfaction is the most important measure of her success. It’s not about selling houses; it’s about taking care of clients. She feels honored to have been able to assist multiple generations of families in the real estate journey and seeing people smile with appreciation is what motivates her to keep going.
Bo Pitsker
Bo was born in Berkeley and raised in Carmel and Monterey, giving him a lifelong connection to California’s communities. Licensed as both a Salesperson and Broker since 2009, he has guided clients through residential, investment, and complex transactions with integrity and skill. His background in technology and cybersecurity provides him with a sharp eye for detail, making him a steady advocate in today’s fast-moving real estate market.
Before real estate, Bo worked as a developer, network and operations manager, and cybersecurity expert. He also served over six years in the U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard as an infantryman, field radio specialist, and intelligence analyst—experience that shaped his discipline, focus, and solutions-driven approach.
Clients appreciate Bo not only for his professionalism but for his curiosity and warmth. Outside of real estate, he explores genealogy, archaeology, and cultural history, and enjoys ethnic cuisines, local wineries, and world music. His wide range of interests and genuine dedication to people make him both approachable and dependable.
