Some news worth sharing: Primavera Realty launched as an independent brokerage in December 2024 — and the story behind that decision says a lot about how we work.
After more than a decade in real estate, the last several of them as a broker, I wanted to build something that reflected my commitment to a more personal, client-centered experience. Going independent meant I could do exactly that — on our terms, with our values.
A family vibe
I’m not going at it alone. My mom, Vera Kopilenko, and Bo Pitsker joined the firm, and together we bring a wealth of local experience and a genuine attention to detail you won’t find at a large brokerage. “Primavera” means spring — a fresh start — and from day one this has been a true family shop.
