The People We Bring to Your Home
A short list of the photographers, lenders and inspectors we actually use — the ones we hand our buyers and sellers when something needs doing.
Selling a home turns up a dozen small jobs nobody warned you about. A compliance certificate the city wants before escrow can close. Photographs that have to be shot, edited and back in your hands before the listing goes live. A loan that has to hold together while everything else moves.
Over the years we have found people who handle those things well and stay easy to reach when something changes. This list is short on purpose. It is not a directory — it is who we call.
These are people we have worked with and would use on our own homes. Every home and every loan is different, so please do your own due diligence before you hire anyone.
Lending
Getting the loan right
Two lenders we have worked with for years. Both pick up the phone, and both will tell a buyer the truth about what they can carry rather than the largest number they can approve.
Jessica Holloway
Mortgage Advisor · Premier Lending
Our go-to for first-time buyers and FHA financing. Patient with the questions people are embarrassed to ask, and steady once a file is in motion.
Mayya Brener
Pacific Bay Financial · Daly City
A Bay Area mortgage house that has been lending here since 1985. Mayya has carried a number of our buyers through to close, including some complicated ones.
Before the sign goes up
Getting a home ready to show
Two jobs that decide how a launch goes: how the home photographs, and whether the city paperwork is done before it can hold up a closing. Our point-of-sale requirements guide covers which cities ask for what.
Focused Aerial
Real estate photography, drone & video
They shoot our listings — stills, twilight, aerial and video. The turnaround is quick enough that it has never been the thing holding a launch up.
O’Connor Insulation & Energy
Water & energy conservation compliance (RECO)
They run San Francisco’s residential energy and water conservation inspection, do the work that brings a home up to standard, and file the certificate with the city. They have never once made that part complicated for us.
